Powerboat Courses

The National Powerboat Scheme is applicable to Sportsboats, RIBs, Dories, Launches, and other boats which do not normally provide accommodation or cooking facilities. Courses are arranged in conjunction with www.RIB-IT.com.

Course information:

Level 1: lasts 1 day
Level 2: lasts 2 days
Intermediate (Day Cruising): lasts 2 days
Advanced: lasts 2 days and 1 night

The HSSE Security Manager who passed the Advanced Powerboat Certificate plus his Yachtmaster Theory, ICC, Diesel Engine, VHF/SRC and First Aid certificaes in July 2009 said on his return to Angola:
